#5 - Sautéed Chicken with Beurre Blanc Sauce over Orzo with a side of Ratatouille - Lightly flowered and pan fried chicken topped with a shallot, white wine and butter reduction. Served on a bed of orzo with a side of ratatouille.

 

#6 - Grilled Lamb Patties, Curried Rice with Sautéed Carrots & Kale - Grilled ground lamb patties, infused with garlic, rosemary and feta cheese. Served with curried rice, sautéed carrots and kale.
