#1 - Poached Salmon, Long Grain & Wild Rice and Grilled Zucchini with Herb Butter - Salmon filet poached in white wine and lemon juice with butter and shallots. Served with wild rice blend and grilled zucchini with herbed butter.

 

#2 - Thai Chicken Curried Meatballs over Basmati Rice with Sautéed Kale & Carrots - These garlicky curry meatballs are a real crowd pleaser. They are served over aromatic basmati rice with sautéed kale and carrots.

 

#3 - Beef Skewers with Horseradish Sauce, Crushed New Potatoes with Olive Oil, Winter Squash & Leeks - Grilled cubes of marinated beef with wasabi sour cream. Served with baked new potatoes, winter squash and leeks baked and steamed in parchment paper.
